It’s time to exhale more fully

Kelsey McCamon, Licensed Professional Counselor

You’ve been carrying a lot — replaying conversations in your head, wondering if you’re too much or never enough, trying to manage everyone else’s emotions, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

Beyond my clinical training, I bring my own experiences, values, and curiosity to every session. I’m neurodivergent and deeply committed to creating inclusive, culturally sensitive spaces. My work is guided by authenticity, compassion, and a belief in the human capacity to grow, even in the midst of life’s challenges.

I combine evidence-based techniques with an individualized approach — whether that means helping you navigate anxiety, grief, or difficult conversations, supporting you in reclaiming your desire and confidence, or helping you untangle patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more capable, and a little more yourself.
