  • Online therapy looks a lot like in-person therapy — just from the comfort of your own space. We meet through a secure video platform, and sessions focus on conversation, reflection, and practical tools for growth. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.

    Many people are surprised by how natural it feels. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for concerns like anxiety, relationship challenges, shame, grief, and life transitions. The most important part — a strong, supportive connection — is absolutely possible online.

  • I offer appointments Monday through Thursday typically between 8 am to 4 pm.

    Current availability is always discussed when you reach out, and I’ll let you know what openings I have that might work for your schedule.

    I available for communication via email and text Monday through Thursday with limited availability on Fridays.

  • I’m based in Colorado and offer online therapy to clients located in Colorado.

  • You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something feels hard, stuck, lonely, confusing, or heavy—or if you want support understanding yourself better—therapy can be helpful. Many people come simply because they want things to feel different.

  • When you reach out, we’ll keep things simple. We’ll chat a bit about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and we’ll see whether it feels like a good fit to move forward.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or email to schedule an initial consultation or first session. From there, we’ll decide on next steps together.

  • Yes! I currently accept Kaiser, United, and Cigna. I am in the process of working to get credentialed with Aetna and CO Medicaid I can also work with clients who use out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure about coverage, I’m happy to talk through your options.

  • Sessions are $175 for a 50 minute session.

    If you are paying privately, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs.

Insurance:

Cloudline Counseling works with several insurance providers to make therapy more accessible. We are currently in-network with the following plans:

  • Kaiser

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Cigna

  • Aetna Credentialing in process

  • CO Medicaid Credentialing in process

If your insurance plan is not listed above, Cloudline Counseling is considered out-of-network. In these cases, we can provide a Superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Some clients have out-of-network benefits and may receive partial reimbursement directly from their insurance provider. Clients are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service, and reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.

Self- Pay Rates:

The fee for individual therapy sessions at Cloudline Counseling is $175 per 50 minute session.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • HSA cards

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of therapy services, as required by federal law. You may request this estimate before scheduling or beginning services.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

If you do not provide 48 hours’ notice, you are responsible for the full session fee.

Exceptions may be made for true emergencies, such as sudden illness or urgent situations.

If missed sessions or late cancellations happen consistently, the therapist and client will address the issue together and discuss options moving forward.
